Hi, welcome to the Patrick Hazlewood State Farm Insurance Agency in Cincinnati, OH! We serve the entire states of Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and West Virginia. Our Cincinnati office focuses on relocations and out of state transfers to Hamilton and Clermont County. Locally, we serve the towns of Cincinnati, Cincy, Ft. Thomas, Lawrenceburg, Mason, Newport, and Covington. I have been in the insurance industry since 2021 and offer Car\Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Renters Insurance, Business/Commercial Insurance, Condo Insurance, Life and Health Insurance and so much more! I became a State Farm Agent to make a difference in the way people purchase insurance products which are designed to protect what matters most. With over 20 years of combined insurance experience my team of top-notch industry leaders can educate you on your options while being respectful to your budget and decisions.

I am a resident of Mount Lookout OH and Graduate of the University of Georgia, University of Arkansas, and Georgia Tech where I earned my MBA and Doctorate, Chemical Engineering. After completing my graduate studies, I embarked on a career focused on identifying opportunities for private and publicly owned employers to create value within various industries. Now, I bring that experience to my role at State Farm, where I strive to provide exceptional value to my customers through a wide range of products and services. Beyond my professional responsibilities, I am passionate about giving back to the Cincinnati community. Our team actively participates in various initiatives, such as promoting literacy, supporting STEM education, and getting children involved in outdoor activities.
